This is Taphrina, one of my oldest OCs so far! She’s the 14-year-old archer of the New Diamondbreakers, and one of its most mischievous members at that. Despite how long shes been around, this is my first time finally making a ref sheet for her LOL.

Ever have that random moment where you remember something thought as a kid? I swore the 'fl' for 'fluid' like 'fl oz' for 'fluid ounces' was 'flow' because both gasses and liquids flow. It wasn't until I was about 15 before someone finally told me it's for 'fluid' and I was actually floored. People, teach your kids or even other people what the hell the acronyms actually are because they will either come up with some dumb shit like that or just assume the acronym doesn't stand for anything and is just the name of it.

Ignorant as a kid

I was so ignorant as a kid. One time when I was about eight or nine I looked in my fish tank and saw this small egg shaped object floating in the tank. I got super excited and pulled my dad over and kept insisting that it was a fish baby(even though we only had one fish in the tank.) Despite my dads repeated insistance that it wasn’t a baby fish egg I was firm in my belief that it was a fish baby. It’s only now, ten years later that I realize it was fish poop.

I have to block a child that's arguing w me about ticks. She's telling people false misleading information. There were people allover the world asking questions. This child telling them that ticks get on people and the male lays eggs on our bodies etc etc etc. Omg. Kid. This is only a portion of it.
