Instead of just tracing the cylinder to make a gasket I 3d modeled a gasket template, a few adjustments need to be made but it seems like it will work! Had my first print request utilizing my new #filament, #carbonfiber #pla It printed amazing, as does all pla, the carbon fiber in this plastic makes up 15 percent of the plastic. Using this will result in a much more rigid print! Did a few mock ups of the new switch on some handlebars I had. Looks pretty decent! Trying to find a common two postion switch so I can expand on this design. Even considered making the clutch/brake lever attachable but I'm not sure the plastic wouldn't break..
