I’ve completed dolls for all of s1! While I don’t plan on doing any for s2 (I don’t think I can top the wonderful job done here: https://at.tumblr.com/selenealwayscries/693845965138952192/kf2xb97vtuzz), I really love making these, so I’ll probably end up making more for character costume changes such as the wolf spirit, Elsa Scott, cod boy, xornoth, etc

I have a headcanon. E!Joel is a size-shifter. The reason he insists he's tall and keeps up his relatively tall (for his empire, his usual height is about midrange among the emperors) size around the others is that his "natural" size (the size that it takes him the least energy to be) is about 2 feet. Most terracotta people are about 2'6", and he's a bit insecure about his height. Only Lizzie and Jimmy know about this, but some of the others have their suspicions (he's just a little inconsistent with how tall he is around the others, within an inch at the most, but noticeable enough to catch the attention of the more perceptive emperors [*cough* Scott and Gem], and he got tired one time building with Pix around, and he started to shrink very gradually, so gradually Pix isn't quite sure if he imagined it). The real reason for this hc, though, is:

i love the fact e!joel doesnt do lore based stuff much HDHDB but i also wish he did? i think with his color pallaete custom armor, tools and villagers would look Beautiful and the lore could be really funny like "ah shit my wifes a axolotl and my BIL is a Cod Man..."
