Anyway, Devo has a song called "Puppet Boy," and in Part 3, Devo the Cursed's stand is a puppet.
I also noticed with Steely Dan that he makes Jotaro do his dirty work, and "Dirty Work" is a Steely Dan song.

Devo is one of those underrated characters I wish had more moments. Ebony Devil is fun, and FUCK if Devo isn't cool. He’s also one of few Native American characters in the series.I wish there were more. Transparent version on my Newgrounds and Pixiv!
