Chased Through Dreams chapter 1! 16 pages. Don't think it needs any content warnings, except for a mild horror entity.

Comic is recommended for ages 16+, and will deal with more mature themes in the future. Some chapters will need to be under mature content labels, so underage readers won't be able to read it all on Tumblr. Haven't started working on hosting on its own website, but physical copies (a double feature of this and the Shadebringer issue) will be able for purchase later this year.

It'll be a while before I get another chapter out. I would like to take some courses and improve my comic skills so future chapters can be of a better quality.

Accidentally minimised the magenta layer on the enviroment lighting and ended up really liking the green effect. On this page I did my original colouring plan (purple ambient with red highlights) but on the next page I've used the green. Think bright red background while characters have a green hue is something I'll use a lot for when the Chaser is close, helps make it eerie.

If all goes to plan, I think I'll have issue 1 ready by the end of the month. I just need to do one more page (although it is in a different style), and for the physical release I need to combine it with the Shadebringer issue and do the back cover (and inside covers, and if needs be some little filler pages to get the page count right)

Haven't been posting much Chased Through Dreams/Shadebringer recently but rest assured issue 1 of CTD is making good progress. I'm aiming to have it done by the end of this month. Had to share this cutie pie, on a comic cover in Echo's dream. In the corner is a Shadebringer character I haven't shared yet, the Hacker, she sometimes works with the Artist for crime.

Finally designed my protagonist, Echo Redwood! They're basically me from 1-2 years ago. They're probably 17, if not then 18, in their second year of college studying animation. They're autistic and don't really have friends because they're compulsively masking their special interest, and I just want to give them a hug. Their hair is a bit garish but it's based on me having hair with Riddler colours (+ blue) during early college. Their glasses are square and not round because the last time they went to the opticians was before the Artist became their special interest. Their look is meant to be a bit ecletic as their meant to be a realistic teenager, not some cool, co-ordinated, obviously-fictional character. Their face is a lot like how I draw mine, but with even less lines (I'm used to drawing silly old men). I might give them spots on their face.
