Ingredients: 1 3-4 pound beef chuck roast. 1 packet 1 ounce dry onion soup mix. 1 can 10.5 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup.
Instructions: Place beef chuck roast in the slow cooker. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the roast. Pour condensed cream of mushroom soup over the roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours until the beef is tender and falls apart easily.
