It's what I would call a "no makeup makeup" look. I'm not sure if we're supposed to assume that she's actually not wearing any makeup (I don't think that's the case, since her hair is done). It looks like she's maybe done her eyebrows, a very lived-in, smoky eyeliner along the lashline, and some blush.
