Despite my posting schedule, there was actually a pretty big chunk of time between each of the last 4 Eggtober drawings, so to get myself into it after a break, I decided to do another study of one of the fantastic photos of photogenic eggs made and taken by @alkaline-noodles. You make fantastic eggs, friend.

As always, this piece is 100% free to use for any purpose specifically for user @alkaline-noodles because it's their eggs in the art.

I really really liked how the Hollandaise sauce looked and the ripple-y design on the plate was a really nice element in the original so I extended it out to spruce up the void my eggs usually sit in.

Isn't Benedict some kind of egg dish? Never had it before. Is it good?

In the UK, we call it Eggs Royale, and unlike the Americans, we use smoked salmon rather than ham or bacon. Obviously, the UK version is far superior to the American Eggs Benedict.

I ate this weird eggs royale where the English Muffin was instead tater tots. like big square single tater tots. the salad was sadly lost. idk why

had some eggs royale for breakfast, and they were really good!!
