rewatching dr and I noticed... Kai has been carrying the whole team ever since the merge.

We talk about Lloyd a lot, and yeah he's stressed and crashing out. meanwhile Cole and Zane are just sorta messing around or completely gone, Jay is mia, and Nya Is helping, sure, but passively.

All that while Kai is travelling the merged lands looking for the others, training the most difficult new ninja (which would be a full time job in and of itself), learning rising dragon technique first, rescuing bonzle from that... void or whatever, not to mention the whole monstrosity thing, plus being a great big brother to absolutely everyone.

No hate to the others but I just want to appreciate how much Kai is working.

I know how we like to make fun of Encanto for saying that the madrigals are a big family, and by our standards it isn't. But taken from the fact that the village of Encanto is a closed off village between mountains, the families there probably aren't that big. The madrigals are just big in comparison to a normal family there. It seems like people there just don't have that many children, Mariano seem to be an only child for example.
