Took the family on a little road trip to Cabelas in WV today. Sunday Funday was very successful for us and I think we might try to do this more often. Got some pickup games on with the boys!! Great competition last night on the court. Definitely need to work on my agility more and some foot work. Jumping and vertical is getting better and better but it’s still not where I want to be. All in all it was a good night and an even better workout! Working on form and drive today! Doing a little practice run threw before a go for a max pull next week. But the focus was hinging at the waist, keeping the back straight, and driving through the ground. Ran a few warm ups then did a 315 3x4. Felt really good and I’m super excited to see what I can do next week! I can still remember when deadlift was my worse workout ever, and now 315 is almost a warm up for me now. Never in a million years did I ever think I’d be saying that, but consistency and hard work is paying off! Tonight we went through all of our Grandparents old things and keep sakes. It was awesome seeing everything again and bringing back all the good memories we had with them.
