Nothing makes me more sad to see people go to hell and back to try to understand and glorify what the male characters of aot do but then give them a character like Annie and they forget any analysis skills they once had and just start calling her bitch

Something I don’t think we talk enough about in attack on titan is the reoccuring bit about how the titans were gonna become obsolete regardless of what happened with the rumbling.

At the begging of season 4 during the battle between the Middle Eastern forces and Marley, Marley is shocked to find out that the other side had weapons that could take down their Titan shifters and, even though they won, they note that if technology progresses then the titans won’t be as big of a threat anymore.

Then, when the scouts invade Marley after the declaration of war, you get Porco’s line which was something along the lines of “Can’t they see it a titan, why aren’t they afraid of me?”

And then again when Pieck and Gabi are talking with Eren, Pieck mentions that “the powers of the titans are on the way out, and once Marley no longer has use for us, they’ll slaughter all the Eldians that are left”

I just think that it’s interesting that eren wiped everything out just before humanity itself was able to progress enough through sheer intellect and technological advancements that the titans were no longer a threat

Magath sucks, actually.

I seriously don't understand how anyone likes Magath; and yet I've seen people say they like him and that he's a good guy cause he "cares about the kids". That's like saying you like rando Nazi man number 47 because he's not a complete monster to Jewish children. Like, are you for real?? Magath is still a racist shit that believes that Eldians are devils. He was going to send out Eldian troops on a suicide charge and use then as literal meat shield's and cannon fodder. He's one the high ranking officials leading the invasion to genocide the people of Paradis. He continues to go on about how they were completely justified in trying to wipe out the "island devils" because of the Rumbling; which wouldn't even be happening if Marley left Paradis the fuck alone. Accountability; what's that?? He doesn't admit he and Marley were wrong until after like a 3rd of the Marleyan continent has been crushed by Eren. He would not have otherwise, he wouldn't even be talking to Hanji an the others if Eren wasn't in the process off murdering everyone.

Maybe I'm vindictive but if you spend your life affirming the narrative that my race is evil and then suddenly you wanna work together.... when you're forced to, when you have no other options I'm gonna be like fuck you.

Watching AoT experience pt 12

Last episode of s3:

It was so sad that they finally reached the sea, and Eren couldn’t enjoy it 😩 my angry boy Eren is now sad angry boy Eren.

As for season 4:

It was all fun and games, running around fighting titans, and now it’s basically fascism, brainwashed nation, blind hatred, oppression and depression.

I am so confused by this Marley nation. They are at war with literally everyone. They perpetuate the idea of Eldians being "devils", yet they are the ones exploiting them and their ability to turn into titans to opress other nations? Self awareness? Not in the room with us.

It is extremely upsetting to watch them make children feel like they have to fight in war and sacrifice their lifes too compensate for being Eldian. They are so brainwashed it makes me sick.

It is especially aggravating when I know that on the other side are humans that don’t even know their enemy. Like they are just trying to survive and understand Titans and their motives, they don’t even realise they are at war with Marley?

And again the fact that fighting Eldians on Paradise are mostly other Eldians brainwashed to believe they are not humans just devils to justify Marleys oppression and control. Bleh

The whole situation is just disgusting and very frustrating to watch.
