Something I don’t think we talk enough about in attack on titan is the reoccuring bit about how the titans were gonna become obsolete regardless of what happened with the rumbling.
At the begging of season 4 during the battle between the Middle Eastern forces and Marley, Marley is shocked to find out that the other side had weapons that could take down their Titan shifters and, even though they won, they note that if technology progresses then the titans won’t be as big of a threat anymore.
Then, when the scouts invade Marley after the declaration of war, you get Porco’s line which was something along the lines of “Can’t they see it a titan, why aren’t they afraid of me?”
And then again when Pieck and Gabi are talking with Eren, Pieck mentions that “the powers of the titans are on the way out, and once Marley no longer has use for us, they’ll slaughter all the Eldians that are left”
I just think that it’s interesting that eren wiped everything out just before humanity itself was able to progress enough through sheer intellect and technological advancements that the titans were no longer a threat

It was you two first year anniversary and you were planning on telling him before, but you thought it would be perfect to do it during your anniversary so you waited.
You two were laying on the grass, staring at the stars while holding hands.
You turned your head towards him and were going to say the three words but you started overthinking the moment he made eye contact with you. "What if he doesn't feel the same way?" You thought while turning your head back towards the stars, avoiding him.
You saw him sit up a bit in your peripheral but you kept your eyes fixated on above.
When he saw you avoiding his gaze he placed his hand on your cheek and turned your face towards his. "What's wrong?" He said sternly and you shook your head. "Don't lie, I can tell your thinking about something."
You turned your body towards his, staring into his deep emerald green eyes. "Just say it." He whispered softly.
"I love you." You whispered. He didn't say anything and you went to turn your head before he grabbed your face and kissed you gently.
"What took you so long? I love you too." Eren said.
Jean Kirstein:

"What are you angry about again y/n!" He slammed the breaks on the car, and you almost hit your head on the dashboard. You got out the car and started walking quickly to get away from him. "You can't just walk away!" You heard him run behind you. "Y/n!" You ignored him. You were mad. You hated how he made you feel.
Everyone warned you about falling for him, but you were optimistic. You thought you could change him, but you were wrong. Stupid.
"What the hell!" He harshly grabbed your arm. "What is your fucking problem Y/n?" You pulled your arm away from him and continued walking away from him. He then got in front of you and grabbed both of your arms. "Can you talk to me please." He stared into his handsome face and as he slowly loosened his grip on you, you pulled away.
"You know what's my problem!...You're my problem Jean!!" You were now yelling.
"What did I-"
"No shut up!" You interrupted him. "I cant fucking help it okay! I knew I should've listened to them but I couldn't! I can't control it Jean!"
"Listen to who!..Control what!"
"My fucking feelings for you, Horse face!!" You were now crying, "I fucking love you!"
"What!" He wanted to repeat what you said to make sure he heard you correctly.
"I LOVE YOU!"
He then pulled you towards his hard chest. "I fucking love you too, dumb ass." He said before kissing you roughly.

Connie already told you he loved you and that you didn't have to say it right away.
You two been together for almost two years and you were planning on telling him, but you wanted to make it special.
You sat in his lap while watching a movie, and you held a bowl of popcorn that you two shared. What Connie didn't know was that at the bottom of the bowl there was note that said "I Love you baby." You regret putting so much popcorn in the bowl because your stomach was starting to hurt from the amount you ate.
"Slow down baby, you don't wanna get a stomach ache" Connie whispered you in your ear and then kissed your cheek.
"No I'm fine, see?" You put more popcorn in your mouth and tried not to gag. He laughed and went back to watching the movie. There was still more to go. "Eat some more" You tried to make him eat more, but he moved his head back.
"Naw I'm good, I'm gonna explode if I eat anymore." You mentally cursed. You watched this man eat two large pizzas to himself, and he couldn't finish a bowl of popcorn?!
The movie was now almost over and the popcorn still wasn't finished. You were frustrated and paused the movie. "Baby what's wrong?" Connie asked as he rubbed circles on the side of your hips.
"There's something at the bottom of the bowl Connie." You held out the popcorn and he raised his eyebrow.
"This better not be a prank." He went through the bowl and grabbed the note, then read it. You waited for his reaction, but there was none. "I can barely see what it says, I think the butter smeared it."
Your jaw dropped in disbelief, this was so embarrassing. You grabbed the note and looked at it. "Connie are you blind, it literally says I love you." You showed him the note again and used your finger to underline the words. "I love you, baby." You looked at him. "See?'
He smirked, "I know, I just wanted you to say it." You hit him and he winced in pain then started laughing. He wrapped his arms around your body and placed a kiss to your head. "I love you too."
