Everything was going so well, Juliet’s master instructed her to give the car beast a tape — which was apparently what the music rectangles were called — because the radio wouldn’t stop making angry noises. Music was a definite improvement over angry radio noises. Though Juliet didn’t know the words in most of the songs, she was able to hum along, and it only took two songs before she figured out how to match the music sounds with a human voice.

In the back seat, her master felt smug. I knew I was a better singer than people said. You sound great, Juliet.

“Thank you, Master, but unfortunately, the people are right about your singing. I don’t know why I can match the sounds with this form and you can’t. Do you have a curse on you that might stop the music from wanting to work properly? Maybe try singing as a ‘hound.”

Summary

The Men of Letters Bunker has had quite enough of Dean pining for Castiel, and it decides to intervene. To be fair, the Bunker interferes a lot, and usually for good reason. For example when it vanished the big garage doors, it prevented Dean from taking Baby out with clogged catalytic converters, saving her from spontaneously setting on fire halfway down the road. And when he and Sam ran out of room to manspread into, an entire extra floor appeared as if by magic.

This time, it's locked Dean and Castiel inside Cas' room, which is great as long as they have plenty of episodes of Stranger Things left to watch, and the Bunker has some conditions if it's going to let them back out--Dean has to confess his feelings.

Which he does.

And then one thing leads to another...

Stranger Things and Eldritch Bunkers is a humorous take on the Trapped in an Elevator trope, with a little bit of One Room, One Bed mixed in.

One day when Bunker was distraught Two Winchesters came by To seek our treasure that they sought Which might in Bunker lie. She opened up her soul to them Her corridors and rooms And never more was she condemned To rest an empty tomb They gave her life and gave her hope No longer could she moan She gave them what they needed most In turn they called her “home”.
