my hot take of the day as someone who loves keefe:
keefe’s actions at the end of neverseen and in lodestar were so bad. he put sophie in danger multiple times (destroying magnate leto’s office, having her meet up with him without sandor, etc.), he stole the cache by mimicking her, he compromised alluveterre, he even allowed alvar to get away.
i personally think that he should be getting just as much hate for these actions, if not more, than fitz gets for being mean to sophie in exile and being a brat over sophie not wanting to find her parents. was fitz really mean at times, yes. did he actively ENDANGER sophie and the people she cares about, no.
fitz gets SO MUCH hate. he definitely has more sympathizers today than he did in the past, but still. idc if people hate him (i used to be very vocal online abt my hate for fitz back in like 2020 lol), but i think that if they’re gonna be so critical over his character and then love keefe unconditionally, they really need to do a reread.
