Toga was always emotional, someone who never attempted to hide his emotions even as a boy.
he was often called "cry baby" going up.
His father was a big Personality and often laughed loud and hard, but Toga couldn't stand it because he always felt there was small cruel lining in his laughs.
He never shied away from laughing, crying and felt the pain and emotions of so much loss people suffered through. But he's hardly ever not seem without a big toothy grin and he laughed just as loud but always good natured.
In a time of war, secrets, mistrust and alliances emotions sometimes could get you killed. showing your true heart want always accepted by most demons.
But his honesty won him more allies than lost during his time as lord.
