Should I make SimplyPlural accs for my alters or another format so people can get to know my alters?
turns out i can remember that i took my meds ( i struggle with ocd chronic doubt/false memories around if i took my anxiety meds ) if i wake up john ( m, dadmate/caretaker/medic ) to tell him. can’t trust myself but can trust john. john is myself. how do i explain this.
