first of all, we're all for a haikyuu x CC crossover, aren't we? (;´༎ຶٹ༎ຶ`)

second, being the chemistry and haikyuu trash that i am, i just had to:

— exothermic vs endothermic processes (the thermochemistry of hot & cold packs )

exothermic ("heat out")

product energy < reactant energy

in the case of hot packs...

heat is given off when salts (reactants) are dissolved (products) in an ion solution, warming the pack

endothermic ("heat in")

product energy > reactant energy

in the case of cold packs...

heat is pulled from bruised knee to the pack (hence it feels cold to the touch)

Do you have a good way to remember endothermic and exo thermic reactions? Like what they are? I always get them mixed up and stuuff

Sure! “Thermic” refers to heat. Just like temperature.

Exo and endo, is outside and inside. Exo-skeleton is a skeleton that’s outside. When you break with someone and you want them out of your life, they’re your “ex”.

Exothermic: release heat. (It goes outside.)

Endothermic: it absorbs heat. (It goes inside.)
