Know about endothermic and exothermic reactions.
i think i’ve decided to update again after i graduate high school. that is june 11. i’m really sorry that it’s been so long since i’ve updated exothermic, but the past month has been a lot with school work, final exams, and getting new medicine/getting my ssri regulated. i miss writing though, i’ll be back soon!!!! promise. pinky promise, actually!
ps if you’ve graduated high school, please tell me that things are okay after lol i’m having such bad anxiety with the big change that’ll be happening lols

noya & hinata in a crash course vid on thermodynamics
first of all, we're all for a haikyuu x CC crossover, aren't we? (;´༎ຶٹ༎ຶ`)
second, being the chemistry and haikyuu trash that i am, i just had to:
— exothermic vs endothermic processes (the thermochemistry of hot & cold packs )
exothermic ("heat out")
product energy < reactant energy
in the case of hot packs...
heat is given off when salts (reactants) are dissolved (products) in an ion solution, warming the pack
endothermic ("heat in")
product energy > reactant energy
in the case of cold packs...
heat is pulled from bruised knee to the pack (hence it feels cold to the touch)
p.s. these are transcripts from the actual video by crash course! you can check out the whole lesson if you want.
p.p.s. kuroo is probably wheezing right now that noya & hinata got featured in a chemistry vid ahead of him!
anyways, that's it for today's quick chemistry lesson, brought to you by haikyuu!!
