Rewatching dbz as an adult makes me notice so many tiny details like,, in ep 75 Gohan is looking at his reflection in the frieza force armor and talking like he’s a little super hero 😭

Only for him to become the Great Saiyaman

It shows him getting to live out his childhood fantasies because he finally lives in such peaceful times, dreams that future Gohan never got the chance to live because he was forced to grow up so fast

It’s really a testament to how fundamentally the two separate outcomes of the androids affected him

episode 75: A Hex On Luffy! Colors Trap!

love this joke. karoo has great expressions.

this is SO creative! i really like luffy using this whole spinny thing. it's good improv and quick thinking. anything that is a change from just punching stuff a lot is welcome in my book.

i like that this fight has actual stakes and luffy kinda messed up. makes everything more tense.

i really like the gunpowder line here. of course the guy who deals with explosions would have a preferred gunpowder. this also shows usopp has to step up his game.

this is a really cool power, but i do feel like this is kinda annoying. we're now at 3 luffy-focused attacks where nothing really happens. I know it's an interesting fight but this fight just keeps going on and on. i was starting to get frustrated here.

this is a really cool scene, but i'm not sure how it works? the paint controls his emotions? not his body. this should hypothetically be impossible. this fight is super interesting and unique but it just feels like this is inconsistent.
