For starters, Prescott loves his creations more then he actually loves his 'family'. (cough cough Gus cough cough)

Prescott figured the dioramas needed a security system and host, so he built A.B.E. to watch over it. When the quakes struck, A.B.E. had been injured and couldn't process anything until Mickey and Oz came by.

They messed up the dioramas and caused A.B.E. to malfunction heavily, so Gus deactivated him. Skipping to the end of EM2, when Prescott finally returns to the dioramas, he finds his creation shut down and unable to turn back on without the dioramas to be repaired.

This causes Prescott to hate Gus and Mickey even more. (He's chill with Oswald as long as he doesn't hurt his creations.) Now Prescott refused to talk to anyone until the dioramas were fixed up. In the process, he figured the clock tower diorama could use a makeover, found a copy of Clockwise's face, and put it on the head spring. Yeah that's totally a good idea...

Prescott reinforces A.B.E. with more security and learns somehow A.B.E. has Dissociation Disorder and that's why he didn't hear Prescott's full plan. Prescott has literally no fucking idea how to treat that nor does he have the knowledge of it.

Turns out that copy of Clockwise's head has somewhat of a consciousness so Prescott decides to give it a voice box and leave it with A.B.E.

Prescott also learns that Gus doesn't treat his creations as living things and immediately bans him from the dioramas.

When Mickey returns to Wasteland for like an anniversary party or something idk he visits the dioramas and sees the giant clocktower dude he fought and killed like 3 years ago as a diorama.

Prescott surrounds himself with robots and animatronics, who love his presence. This makes Prescott feel better about himself, and he makes a lot of new dioramas, better ones.

Also note that A.B.E. might be a lil gay but he's also kinda naive to Prescott being evil so he probably won't realize it.

Until he does, but I'll explain that later..
