Curious because I go back and forth on this (and I've watched A Lot of Scylla animatics that depict Ody's reaction to the confession slightly differently each time). I think he definitely suspected it at least based on him not saying anything (but this could also be that he just immediately made up his mind to sacrifice Eury since he was a monster/different beast by then). His dismissal of Eury during Puppeteer could be because he knew/suspected but didn't want to have it confirmed, but it could also be because he was in shock from watching Poseidon kill most of his crew. He obviously knew it had to have been (at least) one of the 43 remaining men (42 after Elpenor, rip), and decided not to address it (either because he couldn't accept it, already accepted and moved past it, was just 100% focused on getting everyone home regardless, OR he already knew it was Eury and didn't want to accept his remaining BFF betrayed him--everything's changed since Polites and all that). With all that being said, my answer would probably be that he at least knew before Scylla. Anyway, let me know your thoughts!

Straight is easier to animate and closer to Epic canon Odysseus and it's how I'm used to drawing him but I feel like curly's low key such a vibe on him isn't it!????? (plus he looks less like hamilton that way)
