Radio Collar ID replacement for Horse alterhumans

i noticed somewhat of a trend of radio collar ids for wild canines so i looked into it. But since they are not as popular for wild horses i propose something else: Freeze Brands

They are used by the american BLM (Bureau of Land Management) and are actually an 8-digit ID;

The last three digits narrow the location even more down. A pdf with a lot of those "herd codes" can be found here:

Obviously this isn't a perfect solution, but i really liked the idea and wanted to share my take on it.

Since i am not american but my country doesn't really have any actually wild horses (just some in nature reserves so there is no real need for monitoring) i adapted it a bit:

I am from Germany(Deutschland-> D), so i will use a box instead of the first symbol, because it resembles a D.

I'm born in 2006 so the next two are 06.

And because i wanted something similar to the american system i just took the digits corresponding to the abbreviation of my state.

So i ended at: D06 181216

I was ready to tweak it a bit but i absolutely love it. I don't even know why it just has a great sound.

I've known for years that I've been a draft horse therian. It was my awakening to being nonhuman after all.

Earlier today I was watching Spirit again. It always makes me feel at home. It made me realize that I think I might have two separate horse identities!?

I've known that I'm a working draft horse, but I always thought I was just like a farm horse? Now I believe that my draft horse might actually be a war horse!?

I now believe that I have a separate horse identity as well? A wild and untamed horse, just like Spirit!

I've dropped so many of my 'types' over the past few years - yes, even the 'strongest' ones have left. time after time again each identity gets dropped, and that's not to say we were wrong- we were very much right, at that time. some parts from each one still linger, some more than others

all I'm saying is it's okay if you drop a type that's been around forever. maybe that was you, maybe that was what you needed to be at the time. it's fine, it's completely fine if that happens

I keep feeling homesick for places I know I've never lived in, sometimes I just can't wait to grow up and be able to manage my own life and what I've always wanted. But I know even then the fact is that I'll never become what I truly am

I miss running with my non existant herd in the valleys and open fields, next to streams of water, fighting and playing and sharing each others company. There is more than enough land for all of us, we are undisturbed

I miss assateague island and I'd like to go again, and experience what life with one of my herds could've been

I miss my non existant owner who would take me on hacks up the mountains, but I'd get to rest at the top and look at the view

I miss being able to run very fast, faster than you could even imagine in human form

I wish my feet still made that clacking sound against stone of the towns whenever I had the chance to walk through them, and although It'd make me nervous, people took a glance of awe at me, especially the human children

I miss eating and sleeping and playing and drinking, unaware of anything else, just my instinct

I know one day I will come close to these things at least, I know things will never be the same but theres nothing I can do about it, Ill make peace with it at some point

thank you umamusume for making it so much more easier to get horse gear🙏 I was struggling for years trying to find horse ears and tails for sale or commission but nearly no one was making them (other than the occasional mlp items and fetish gear companies) but now so many ear makers have started making horse ones too. tails are still a little harder to come by but there definitely is more on the market now. have y'all seen the moving ones by the tail company? chef's kiss.
