when jerejean travel, jean sends postcards of his own to kevin but his postcards are really just physical photos of jeremy posed up next to a tourist attraction. jean visits kevin's home and sees a wall of the postcards he sent. he's momentarily touched till he sees keychains and other memorabilia with 'knox' on it next to the wall and jean's like. kevin. are you seriously treating my postcards like merch ???? and you have a merch shrine for my boyfriend ?????? and kevin's just like WELL HE'S A PUBLIC FIGURE OKAY AND THERE'S OTHER EXY STARS TOO-

since i don't have enough drawings to make an end of the year summary, here are some of my drawings and wips that i couldn't upload this year.

2023 has left me worn out physically and mentally, and if you noticed my art and commentary being dryer as a result of that, i'm truly sorry. so many things have been happening relentlessly, both globally and personally, without much break that it's been bleeding into all aspects of my life. i've been slowly losing my enjoyment over art and my own ocs that i've forgotten what they meant to me. i want to be passionate again about art but i've learned that forcing it doesn't help either. and yet, still, there are people supporting and waiting for me. thank you.

i normally don't make these kinds of post because this happens way too often for my liking (across. multiple websites 😭) and this is embarrassing for me to share, but i think i can let out some of my weariness at the end of the year and start over with a clearer head.

in january i'll be starting another internship at a hotel for 6 months, so i'll probably be inactive for that duration. maybe i'll reexamine my relationship with art or maybe i'll take a break from drawing indefinitely.

in any case, lets meet again in 2024.
