I view all the technical Cosmere questions about investiture and identity and how it all works and “if this happens then will that happen” and all of that the same way I look at the nitty gritty power gamers of DnD.

Like is it great you’re having fun? Sure! But I literally do not care one bit. I barely understand investiture the same way I barely understand how changing my subclass affects my proficiencies.

I know that it works but I don’t want to do the math so I let other people (aka DnD Beyond) do it.

Same with the Cosmere. I don’t really care how investiture works and how powers interact. I’m just here for the characters zooming around.
