I do not believe we have had the opportunity to meet in person, but I have heard enough regarding your service to House Eridanus and the Astral Synedrium to think of you as an immensely capable and unfailingly loyal individual. E. has requested that I reach out to regarding the relocation of a large quantity of material and possessions from a certain property owned by the Riverty family. As the present administrator of the Riverty Estate, I have given my permission for such materials and possessions to be relocated to a place of E.’s choosing. My understanding is that E. has been given an opportunity to recreate said property in a new location.

My dear Fuchsia,

I hope the past year has treated you well and that you and your crew have had a prosperous journey. As I am sure you are aware, I am writing to review with you the newest additions and changes to the tax code that were finalized and published at the beginning of the new year. It seems it was only yesterday that we were reviewing last year's changes! If only we could have such fun more often.

While I am sure you have already reviewed the new codices yourself, I wanted to draw your attention to the following clauses:

Section 1391(A)(i) You will notice that the regulation regarding tariff collection on alcoholic beverages has changed somewhat. It is now required that Form 322(B) be completed and taxes paid when the cargo is acquired rather than when it arrives at its final destination and/or is sold to another vendor. (I am certain you can imagine the reasoning behind this one.)

Section 2719(F)(ii) I don't know how often your ship transports livestock of any kind, but a new regulation has been ratified that allows for the taxation of combustible fumes produced by livestock during transit, as these fumes may be collected and sold for an additional profit above and beyond the cost of the livestock. You will need to complete Form 10299(A) for any applicable fumes transported on your ship.
