eula lawrence. a polarizing figure in mondstadt due to her families history. she carried the weight of generations of hate all on her shoulders, and kept it all bottled up until she was alone.

or thought she was alone, anyway.

eula was sure no one ever ventured up to Starsnatch cliff in the dark of night, but she was soon surprised to see you, infact, did.

at first, eula went ‘knight’ mode on you. chastising you for being up so late and being out in a dangerous area, and offering to escort you back. but when she realized it was no use, the knight reluctantly joined you as ‘protection’.

it would become a nightly ritual, soon.

eula would join you on the cliff, gazing down into the sea with you. she’d sometimes bring her sword to polish, other times you’d bring snacks for the two of you to share - and through this a friendship formed. but eula was no idiot, and she knew that if and when she saw you in town - you’d ignore her. right?

“eula your hair looks pretty today! did you style it differently?”

each call would send her heart into flutter. in a world of prejudice, glares and evil — you stood like a beacon of hope that maybe, just maybe, the Lawrence deserved happiness too.

but whenever this flicker would light, eula’s own mind would extinguish it.

no one of the Lawrence clan deserved happiness.

the nights had noticed eula slipping a bit, and so jean ordered a leave of absence for her. eula was devastwd but understood, and continued to venture up the cliff to speak with you every night. though her heart had swayed her to you, and her mind had swayed her away — you managed to pull her back in with a single kiss.

despite being shocked at first, eula had reciprocated, and thus stumbled into her first ever relationship.

how should she act? how close should she be? how clingy?

eula had no idea. the first week she avoided you, but when that clearly upset you, she rushed back and clung like a baby. overly clingy might have been too strong - and you’d stopped her, telling her to just act like herself and that she was perfect just the way she was.

perfect?

eula had never been told that before. and it softened her much more than she wanted to admit. and so she went back to normal - a level of clinginess that was only shown when you were alone, but out in public she was protective and watched anyone who spoke to you.

but don’t mistake her for being the dominant one due to her actions.

eula mostly prefers to bottom if there’s ever the opportunity. she’s whiny, at best. needy. and has a knack for overstimulation, just try not to push her too hard!

girlfriend! eula is a girl with a big heart, she’s sensitive and needs time to adjust to her relationship - as well as the baggage she carries. but don’t write her off.

eula will stop at nothing to keep you safe.

She was worried about you but couldn’t bring herself to take you to a doctor, what if you tried to run away? What if you told them she was holding you captive? It was just far too risky.

She just did everything she could to help you get better and prayed that it would help.

It started just as a regular cough, nothing she couldn’t handle. She gave you some left over antibiotics she was able to get ahold of and made you drink lots of water.

When the cough worsens and you start coughing up blood her heart stopped, had she accidentally made you worse with the medicine?

Her mind raced with so many thoughts and so much guilt over the possibility that it was her that caused you to be so sick now, you were fine a few days ago.

She’d quickly shake those thoughts from her head when she watched you fall to the floor, she was going to do as much research as possible to find someway to help you. But for now she just needed to hold you.

She pulled your limp body into her arms, holding you so tightly she thought she may break you. Her body is shaking as she sobs, all she can do now is pray you’ll be okay.

“Please y/n, don’t leave me…”

Eula

She was angry, swearing vengeance on this mysterious illness.

There weren’t many people she trusted but she knew if she checked out some questionable books at the library Lisa wouldn’t ask questions.

After doing just that she’d poor herself into the books, reading for hours to try to find the cause of this.

She’d check on you a few times through out this, being sure to feel your head or help you eat and drink water.

She eventually found the cause. Earlier that day before it was blood she noticed you had coughed up some strange object that looked like roots twisted into a sharp, painful ball and it all started to click.

She saw the very object you’d coughed up in book about curses, the curse causes sufferers to cough up roots and twigs and blood until they eventually…

She slams the book closed and storms right back into your room, finding you hunched over with droplets of blood and little bloodied twigs on the floor in front of you. She knows she doesn’t have much time now…

“Y/n tell me who you angered.”

After explaining how you had been investigating some recent disappearances, which caused uproar with a certain group, Eula was out the door.

She had all she needed, a description and a last known location. She was going to kill that witch…

Ganyu

Out of all the yandere she’s the most likely to get you medical attention when you start coughing up blood.

She was incredibly worried when this started, she always kept a close watch on you and your health or had people she trusted that could help keep an eye on you.

Which is why this illness had come as a complete shock, you were one of the first people in Liyue to come down with this sickness but it quickly spread to others and it took ages for doctors to figure out what it was.

She absolutely begged Ningguang to use her influence mora to bribe the doctors into taking care of you first or giving you the best care. A lot of her money went towards researching and finding a cure for the illness.

Ganyu didn’t care how much it costed and Ninguanng, not wanting to dissappoint the younger girl, couldn’t bring herself to set a limit on her generosity.

She was beyond happy when you started to get better, she would hold you so tightly in her arms and hold you up against her chest. You can feel her tears spilling onto you from your position.

“Never scare me like that again!”

Info: OOC? Mentions of other characters, writing sucks, sorry if I get some lore wrong with some characters! Fyi, none of this is cannon besides the occasional lore mentions (also I am trying to clean out all of these hcs before fountaine comes out and I am SPRINTING)

Albedo: Since he's not a human, he didn't know how to react when he broke one of his bones. Thankfully, Sucrose was there to help him and took him back to Mondstadt to get his broken bone bandaged up. Jean demanded (intimidated) Albedo to rest until he was healed, safe to say he was not happy.

Amber: When she was a kid, she loved apples and even had a tree for apples. When she was hungry, she would climb up the tree and try to get as many as she could. Most of the time, she fell and got some sort of scar of her knee or elbow, but as she grew up, she got better and more agile.

Barbara: She visited Liyue once, and since she's an idol, she got a lot of praise there. The bad part was that some of the guys there were very creepy to her, but she formed a friendship with Yunjin and Xinyan, and they scared them away. Even Xiao since it's his job to protect people in Liyue! They formed an unlikely friendship, and they still write letters to each other (Xiao always asks if she's been doing okay).

Bennett: Bennett has a bunch of pressed four leaf clovers for bookmarks. He'll even go out of his way to search for new four leaf clovers just for luck, he doesn't really care if he gets hurt.

Diluc: Diluc actually has a very good singing voice and knows how to dance very well! But he doesn't sing or dance much since he's so busy, but he finds himself humming to a song that's playing on his record player.

Diona: She has claws but clips them often, but one prominent feature of hers is her nose having a line connected to her mouth, showing some more cat features of hers.

Eula: Whenever her terrible parents weren't looking, she would snatch some candy/sweets and hide them. She once got caught, but luckily, it was by her maid! And her being the wonderful maid she was (also knowing how rude her parents were) let Eula go on multiple occasions.

Fischl: She had a huge interest in string instruments and worked hard to practice with any of them she could find. To this day, she knows how to play a bunch (ex: bass, fiddle, viola, harp, ukulele, etc.)

Jean: She has a bunch of rare allergies, so she's very grateful not to be allergic to pollen, which is why she loves flowers so much.

Kaeya: When Kaeya was growing up in the Ragnvindr family, he learned some English through Diluc. In return, he taught Diluc how to speak some Khaenri'ah.

Klee: She has gotten in trouble so many times to the point where Jean has made a cardboard 'jail cell' for her.

Lisa: She cannot keep a plant alive for the life of her, due to her sleeping so much. On multiple occasions, she has woken up to a dead flower and has had to profusely apologize to Jean for letting her perfect, growing flowers die on her.

Mika: He is an absolute nerd when it comes to literature, so when Razor asks him to teach him some 'fancy words'. Mika was more than happy to help (some times he has to apologize when Razor gets confused when Mika starts spitting our larger words that Razor is still, very new too)

Mona: Unlike Lisa, Mona is a big plant mom, and if any of them were to die on her, then she would cry her heart out and make a funeral for it. She especially loves her Bonsai tree.

Noelle: Despite Noelle being very busy with becoming a knight and other work related info, she actually really likes learning about flower languages and all different kinds. Her favorites are roses, which is why she has so much of the on her outfit

Razor: Since Razor has been living with wolves for most of his life, he's developed a strong sense of smell. You give em a candle, he'll smell it and guess the correct answer in an instant without even looking what's scents are in the candle

Rosaria: Rosaria is secretly really good at sewing and can patch up anything! She's also tried crocheting but it didn't go well

Sucrose: Since Sucrose is an animal, she makes sure that her ears are in tip-top shape so they don't get infected or torn

Venti: Since Venti is an archon hiding as a bard, he took inspiration with a newspaper boy cap and Focalor's French like nation where they have something called a beret. Mixing them together and eventually making his hat! It was only till Zhongli explained that he could've just used a regular bard's hat and didn't need to go the extra mile

Notes: Yup yup! Of course~!!

Eula has a hard time.. discovering her feelings for you. At first it was just nervousness, she thought she was uncomfortable around you, but she didn't want you to leave her sight either.

Really. Really loves compliments. She grew up around people who always criticized her and looked down upon her for her family history and because of that it's not everyday she hears someone say something positive about her

When you do compliment her, she thinks about it for the rest of her lifetime. Her cheeks burn and she's turning away.

She has a habit of collecting pens.

You and her probably would have a pet hamster or a toad, and you probably lost it on more than one occasion.

I think she has a high tolerance for alcohol. Can always carry you back home if you blackout.

You find her.. staring a lot at you when you practice training. Not in front of you, but at a bird's eye view, like on the top of the cathedral

You're not even sure if she's able to see you from up there, but by the way she disappears the moment you spot her, it's pretty obvious.

When she's nervous or flustered, she stutters and fumbles with her clothing in an attempt to get her words out properly.

Extremely ticklish !! Loves tickling you or sneaking in a few tickles when your cuddling

It's like she knows where your weak spots are.

Although she is very soft around you, she can be quite protective and sometimes possessive at times.

Because of her reputation, you're prone to get nasty comments thrown at you because of her, and it breaks her heart.

4 am idea: Jean, Lisa and Eula With An Anemo Archon!S/O

Basically what if Venti never existed and instead you become the Anemo Archon after the Archon War?

Unlike Venti, you would be much more proactive in the daily governing of Mondstadt. However since it is supposed to be the "City of Freedom", you decide to play more of a supporting role and act as the secretary/assistant to the city's chosen Grand Master. The humans would decide the destination, and you would help build the roads to get them there.

Imagine working closely with Jean in your shared office for hours on end; just the two of you. Working together, laughing together, drinking coffee together in comfortable silence when you finally convince her to take a break.

Hearing about how she wants to be a great knight like Lady Vennessa so you tell Jean stories only someone who personally knew Vennessa should know. Telling her stories about how Varka acted during his first years as a knight and as Grand Master.

Her slowly falling in love with you as you spend more time together protecting Mondstadt. Her reading romance novels and imagining you and her as the couple in the story. Jean thinking how the there isn't any one who knows her as well as you do, and how she knows everything about you too.

She's going to be so hurt and confused when your identity as the Anemo Archon is revealed. Like imagine one of the many sealed gods gets loose and starts attacking Mondstadt and you have to reveal yourself as the Anemo Archon to save everyone. She'll suddenly realize that she didn't know you at all, won't know how to act around you now (are you her lover/co-worker or her Archon?), was anything about your relationship true?

Please reassure this woman that you do actually love her! She's stressed enough as it is!

If anyone was to ask who the smartest person in Mondstadt was, the answer would be pretty evenly split between you and Lisa.

Imagine Lisa recommending you a book and you go "Oh I already read that one like fiftyfiv-Five! I read it like five years ago haha..." (At this point you've probably read every book in that library)

You and Lisa would have insanely lengthy conversations for hours on topics most people couldn't even begin to understand. Or imagine if your knowledge was a slightly behind the times and her politely laughing and saying something like "Sweetie, didn't you know? That theory was disproven decades ago."

Lisa would definitely suspect that there was something strange about you after a while. You were far too knowledgeable a person to simply be an ordinary secretary. How was it that you knew so much about everything & everyone?

She wouldn't treat you too differently after you revealed your identity, but it does amuse her to think that she, a woman with a shortened lifespan, had fell in love with an immortal being.

Imagine how surprised Eula will be when you actually know all the intricate customs of the Lawrence clan and know all the songs that make fun of them. It's nice to have another member of the Knights of Favonius who won't judge her solely based on her heritage.

Or imagine telling her about some of her ancestors who were actually decent people (though were obvious exiled from the Lawrence Clan and thus never known to later generations)

Imagine how scared Eula will be when it's revealed that you are the Anemo Archon. It's one thing for people to condemn her for what her ancestors did, but you actually saw it happen. Heck you literally helped the people rebel against the Lawrence Clan all those centuries ago.

Why are you with her? Why are you nice to her? Why don't you hate her? She can't stop thinking these questions. Were you only getting close to her to make fun of her later?

Because of the strong front she puts up, she doesn't let a lot of people get close to her or let their words bother her too much. But after this her wall are back up and she's on her guard around you. Will take some time and a lot explaining, but she'll let you in again once she has had some time to process this new information and hear your side of the story.

A/n: hello! I don’t typically write for jean or keqing, so I apologize if they’re slightly ooc. Otherwise, I hope you enjoy, and have a lovely rest of your day/ evening!

Eula always felt you would leave her, and not even because she did anything wrong, no no she knew she was a wonderful girlfriend (at least she tried to be). But she felt you would leave her because did her family. Either because you found out who her family is, or they finally got their message through that “eula was a disgrace and a traitor to their clan.”

She always bottled these feelings up, knowing you wouldn’t do that. But deep down they always remained. Eula is secretly an emotional person, and requires a lot of affection from you (she’s touch starved let’s be real). So, when she starts isolating herself when she comes home… you become a bit suspicious

In the recent days eula seemed much more… private than usual. Kept more to herself than usual. She wasn’t a very lovey dovey person, but she at least spent time with you, and cuddled you when you went to sleep.

Recently though, she’s always gone straight to your shared room, or straight to her home office when she came back from a long day at work. You knew knights of favonius work was tough, so you respected her privacy! But then… one day you heard sobbing from her office.

Quiet cries, and sniffling was all that could be heard from the small crack in the doorway. The soft light of a lamp shined on Eula’s body. Her face buried if her hands, and elbows resting in her empty desk. She wasn’t working, but rather… sitting quietly in her office, or your room for the past few days.

She let out a sigh, and said “I just don’t want them to leave me…” those words made your heart shatter. You softly knocked on the door, “eula…? What’s wrong?” You said walking into the office.

Eula’s head shot up, and she started crying more. Pulling you into her lap, she sobbed into the crook of your neck, mumbling apologies for the past few days. You’ve never seen her this way, she was typically fairly upfront with her emotions but never… showed them like this.

“Eula it’s ok… I won’t leave you.” You said brushing her hair out of her face and behind her ear. That seemed to calm her down, and she nuzzled into your shoulder, her cries starting to become quieter, and quieter, until they stopped. She had fallen asleep.

Jean beloved communication was key in your relationship, feeling that, like being the acting grand master, you had to communicate, and work with people for the best possible outcome.

But… with how much you’ve been hanging out with other people… and with how busy she’s been… that feelings changed.

Lisa and jean often met up every week for some coffee and/ or tea once a week at a new cafe in mondstadt. It was very lovely, and you wanted to check it out for yourself! You though your girlfriend had already taken her lunch break, and had been on her way back to work by the time you had gotten there.

You walked in and… to your surprise she was still there, sitting with Lisa talking over a cop of coffee. You decided ti go say hi, but when you walked closer you overheard jean saying something… worrying.

“I really am just nervous that they’ll leave me… I mean I have barely seen them. They’re either hanging out with kaeya at dawn winery, or… or I’m busy!” Jean let out her frustrations to Lisa, who was listening to every word.

Jean sipped some of her tea before resuming, “and I have no clue how to tell them that either!” Lisa looked over a bit, to see… you! Standing there! Hearing every word she just said. Lisa chucked before saying, “you just did tell them.” And pointing in your direction. Quickly turning around jean saw you.

The apologetic look on your face said it all, “I’m gonna go get some coffee, I’ll uh… talk to you at home tonight ok sweetie?” You said kissing her cheek before doing exactly what you said, and getting some coffee. Jean didn’t know wether to be thankful, or mortified.

Keqing has very good ways to let of some stress, and decompress before coming home. But… she’s been doing that more than usual as of recently. Why? Oh… maybe it’s because she has a fear that you’re going to leave her, for someone better, like… I don’t know the traveler maybe?

She’s afraid you’re going to realize she’s not as strong as she acts, and to prevent that… she’s been going around liyue practicing her swordsmanship, and to cool of some steam.

With a sharp swing of her sword the ruin guard falls, and becomes nothing more than red particles. The metallic noises of the ruin guard disintegrating, are the only thing to compete with keqings heavy breathing.

She struggled with that one. It’s not good enough. She’s not good enough. You’ll leave her if she’s not strong enough… and she would do almost anything to prevent that. So she continues, mumbling to herself about how you’ll leave her.

Suddenly, she heads rustling in the bush, and brings out her sword to be ready. And all she sees… is you! Popping out of the bush, with leaves and sticks in your hair. Your bag seems full of medical herbs that grow around this area… we’re you foraging?

“Y/n? What are…?” Keqing asks, but is cut off by you smooshing her face together and yelling, “keqing I would never leave you because e you aren’t strong enough! You are one of the most strong and resilient people I know, and not only as your partner but as your friend I say that I look up to you a lot!”

Your face mere inches from her own, she bursts out into a bright shade of red. You kiss her all over her face, and drag her home to treat her injuries that she got while fighting the ruin guard. Seems she doesn’t need to train anymore… you already thinks he’s more than strong enough.

her face seems to be frozen in one expression, never showing anything else than utter boredom and a killing stare — and usually, it’s enough to scare people off. but for some reason, she discovers, not you. you seemed to have a… weird agenda of trying to befriend her and never leaving her side. and even though you got countless warnings and advices to stay away from that lawrence girl because she’s bad news, you didn’t seem to worry about it, always sitting down next to her with a smile and a new story to tell. and she started to warm up to you, someone that finally didn’t care for what her family has done and who didn’t turn away from her like everyone else. she smiles when you’re around and waits for you with a cup of your favorite warm drink in her hand before school on the winter mornings and walks you home. and you hope that maybe, her heart beats a little bit faster when you’re around, the way yours does when she’s here.

the vice president of the student council with definitely much more work on her shoulders than a student should have. you ever had a problem? anything that needed solving? a conflict that just wouldn’t stop? go to ganyu, anyone you’d ask would say, go to ganyu, she’ll have an answer. and ganyu would help. she always would; and you decided it was your responsibility to help her lift all the burdens she was carrying of off her as her friend and partner. and so soon, it didn’t just become go to ganyu but go to ganyu and to y/n. they’ll know what to do. …well, you have to say you weren’t expecting it to go that way, but if it means your girlfriend will have at least a little bit less to do, then you’ll gladly comply.

but holy shit, people really should stop coming to you with the most bizarre problems that there were no ways of you solving them.

HU TAO

who doesn’t know hu tao? everyone does and everyone either hates her or loves her, no in between. you would consider yourself one of the very few (or maybe even the only one) that falls exactly somewhere in between, against all odds and the impossible probability of it. somehow, you ended up always getting tagged along on her trips and accompanying her during her pranks, which led you to end up with her in the headmistress’ office more times than you’d like to admit. you think that probably anyone sane would begin to dislike her for always getting them in trouble, but you didn’t. against all odds, it seemed to only make you like her more. and more, and more, and more, and more. and at one point the more turned into love.

you think that if you ever told her that, she’d never let it go and tease you for it until the end.
