FOR REAL !!! i was wondering where the show would go from there since we just had that big ol battle and stuff of course leave it to haggar to mess us up again it was perfect too, bc once she said that i just :o and then the show ended and i was left w my own shock

You know what’s really amazing and humbling and awe-inspiring? When people ask me if they can translate my fics. Translation is hard work, especially when my best fics are complex novel-length works.

However.

Translating my fics and uploading them on the internet without my consent is not okay.

It takes me years to write my novel-length fics. Years. My fics are the result of long hours of research, writing, editing, and revision. It takes translators a lot of work, too, but imagine how much better that translation could have been if you had taken a fraction of your time to ask me. No matter how much work a translation is, it’s not legitimate if the author isn’t consulted. 

At the time I’m writing, January 8th 2019, I do not remember giving permission to anyone other than @liuliwuyu to translate Strict Machine or The boy with the heart on his sleeve. One or two people have asked, but, as far as I know, they never did.

I know one person asked to translate one of my shorter works (into Russian?) and linked me when they uploaded, but it was so long ago I don’t remember their name.

If you have knowledge of any unauthorised translations of my fan fiction out there on the net, please let me know. I absolutely welcome the opportunity to work with translators, but it’s not okay to do so without permission.

If you have asked permission and I have forgotten, please remind me. I will update this post with your information. And finally, if you have translated and uploaded my work without my consent, contact me immediately.

Isn't Jill Stein an anti-vaccine advocate? Ugh, I stopped posting on fb because it was so enraging. I tried to just post positive things and assholes couldn't handle that. Gave up.

Technically she's pro-vaxx and only pandering to anti-vaxxers, but my bro friend either failed to understand this distinction or did not understand why pandering to anti-vaxxers is still objectionable, because boy did he send me a lot of huffy links accusing me of buying into the anti-Stein smear campaign. Good on you for tryin to stay postive tho-- I started out a bitter cynic and this election brought back some grudges from 2008 real fast. Damn hard to believe the only reason someone is angrily calling Clinton a DINO is because she looks that way compared to Sanders, when I remember him insisting the same thing about Obama:Clinton.
