Sorry, I know it’s a bit late but... from the tarot asks - The Magician and the Two of Wands, please!

Aaaaaand how is Hande celebrating ?

Thank you and no worries - like they say, better late than never! 💕 

I. The Magician - have you followed through on your original vision for your character? Are they as they were when you first began?

I’ve developed Hande along the way so I think I’ve pretty much followed my original idea about her. Originally I imagined her to be empathetic, kind-hearted, somewhat insecure and having some kind of mental trauma. I built everything else on top of that, and I haven’t made any drastic changes to my first ideas. More like, I have widened the perspective, to make Hande more multidimensional character.

ー☆* Two of Wands - has your character ever had to make a tough decision between two choices?

Quite a few times, actually. I’d say three of them have had pretty big impact on her life in the long run:

1. Whether to move to Vesuvia and take over aunt Afsoun’s shop or to stay at Karnassos and apply to a university.

2. Make a choice between staying in Vesuvia to help others to find a cure for the Red Plague and leaving the city with Asra and leave all that suffering behind her.

3. Should she kill Lucio and avenge all the people to whom he has caused suffering and pain (and stop the plague, although Hande didn’t know it would cause that) or spare the Count’s life to prevent herself becoming a monster.

Hande spent pretty quiet birthday. She took a day off from her work to just relax. She read some books and knitted. Julian came home from work earlier to spend time with her. They ate some cake and played board and card games. Some of their friends came to visit them. Nothing extraordinary, but all in all Hande found the day enjoyable.

1)  ancient Greece or ancient Rome?

This is such a hard one omg :p (loool!) 

As much as I reblog and appreciate the Greeks (I based an OC off them), and their contributions to the world, I’m going to have to say Ancient Rome. 

I say that because of how “modern” they were given their times BC and AD, and the fact they spanned across 3 continents. Plus, so much of the architecture, social, art, and political structures is so permeated today in everyday life. 

13)  if you could time-travel to the classical world for a day, where would you go and why?

I would want to travel back to the peak of the City of Alexandria, before the “mysterious” fire destroyed a good portion of it. It was a pinnacle of knowledge and religion, a crossroads with philosophy and science where discoveries were made before Europe’s Renaissance (fun fact - a woman figured out the whole planet revolving around the sun). Plus, it was one of the most enriched areas with the Hellenistic culture.

I think for this one, it’s more or so “figures” who deserve more love.

2. What got you into the game?

So, that's actually an interesting story, at least in my opinion. A couple years back, I got an art request on DeviantArt to draw someone's MC with Julian. I didn't think too much of it at the time. Skip to August or September of last year. I randomly remembered about it, and figured I'd give it a download. Now I'm hyperfixating and there is no escape. Thank you random DA user.

15. What is your favorite arcana card?

From the game's deck specifically, maybe The Tower? Purely because of the aesthetic. It's really dynamic.
