a/n: i'm sorry if this is painful to read thanks to “even” being both the characters name while also being a normal world i regularly use in this post–

even can't be reasoned with when he sets his mind on something!

if there's something he wants to work on, then he won't take a break until he's at a point he's satisfied with! even if that means staying up all night…

even doesn't even notice that he's staying up all night, until the door to his laboratory suddenly opens and you come inside with a tray of food!

even tends to neglect himself so much when he focuses on something, so he doesn't even notice that he's hungry or needs sleep

but as soon as you enter with some food, he's at least able to recognize that it would be best to eat what you brought him, otherwise he might pass out from hunger at some point–

even doesn't always thank you right away for the breakfast, often just smiling at you, before eating, but he always shows his gratitude eventually!

once he's done with his project or research, he'll make sure to find a way to thank you! whether it's inviting you on a nice date or cooking for you in return!

I'm feeling soft today. Thinking about s/o who misses Vexen when he goes away on missions. He comes back at the end of the day and finds her sleeping, wrapped up in one of his lab coats because it smells like him and it's comforting.

Imagine this: 

Vexen had to go on a really long mission and you weren’t allowed to go with him. While he was gone, you spend a lot of the time in his lab, reading his experiments and some of the books he had in there. You found his lab coat hanging on a chair and took it back to your room to cuddle. When he got back, he saw that his coat was gone. His first suspicion was that Demyx took and hid it somewhere. He looked all over the castle and soon found you cuddling it. He smiled and gently woke you up.

“Hmm? Hi,” you whispered. 

“Hi. You took my lab coat, snowflake,” he said. You looked down and saw the coat.

“Oh. Sorry,” you said as you handed the coat back to him. 

“It’s fine, snowflake. I thought that you looked cute cuddling it,” he smiled. You smiled back and pulled him into the bed to cuddle. He wrapped his arms around you and the two of you fell asleep in each other’s arms

How about some headcanons on how Xigbar, Demyx, Axel, Even, and Ienzo would attempt to seduce their S/O?

Look he’s loud and proud about everything and that doesn’t stop with you- 

Xig has already made his smitteness known to everyone- whether they wanted to know or not- and nothing is going to stop him from completely winning you over

Xigbar picks up on the little things he’s learned about you from completing missions with you and use that to his advantage-

Namely going to “check on you” during one of your missions with translates to “i’ll complete it so i can hang out with you and bluey (saix) is none-the-wiser”

He knows where to bring you and what to give to you and he will most definitely continue these improv dates until you are won over. 

Even

Even does his best to learn about what you enjoy, but between researching and his limited patience, he doesn’t get far. 

Instead, he goes a more traditional route of being a little more gentle with you and bringing you flowers at the end of the day. 

Even if he doesn’t take much interest in what you find interesting, he won’t hesitate to listen to you talk about what you like or how your day has been. 

He’s a really good listener for you even if he doesn’t have much patience with much else- he takes time to spend with you and that’s a lil part of his love language

Even makes sure that you’re comfortable with him and takes refuge in him which wins you over. 

Ienzo

Ienzo would probably try to get as close as possible with you before attempting to date you- which includes un-official dates in the gardens and library. 

He loves finding out what books, music, or other interest you might have before attempting to get you anything, but once he has you figured out he normally gifts you a book-

It’s a book he’s read before, something on one of your interests, before handing you the same copy of the book as a gift. 

Ienzo is absolutely cheesy and will 100% put a little post-it note on the last page that says “meet me at the gardens?” 

Ienzo just wants to spend time with you and once he does that it’s pretty much smooth sailing- just transitioning your friendship into a relationship. 

Axel 

Axel is just going to pop into your life and he will get to know you no matter what-

Tbh it can get a lil obnoxious but he just wants to know about you. Everything. He wants to know everything about you. 

And then he’s going to unintentionally kidnap you to eat ice cream with him on the clock tower and keep you with him until he’s gotten through to you how much he likes you-

If it was up to him he would just kiss you until you fell in love but apparently that’s not how it works and it’s a massive inconvenience. 

Axel just wants you to feel more free around him before he’s able to make you completely fall for him through small touches and loud actions. 

Demyx

Guess what i’m bout to say-

He’s gonna write music for you- you are his muse after all and it’s something personal that he made and he wants you to understand that he doesn’t find inspiration in just anything that’s thrown at him. 

Meaning he’s gonna pour every emotion that is technically not there into the song and play it for you when the two of you are in private. 

Demyx likes being able to pull you into a quiet time with him where the two of you get to lay around and relax. 

He is just his same goofy self with a lil bit of love- a perfect woo-ing combo

well tbf, it isn’t a personal choice that i haven’t written more. i could make my own i suppose, but really don’t feel like it. i am glad you like them so much though.

Vexen is overjoyed to have found a partner who is as smart as him. It’s refreshing having someone on his level who understands the finer points of the things he does.

He also very much enjoys that you can help him out in the lab. He never did have enough hands to do everything, and the only people really willing to help him before came along were members like Demyx, who is a total klutz and has ruined his experiments on more than one occasion.

Before meeting you, he would often work through the night without rest before crashing the next day. His sleep schedule was absolutely atrocious and he knew it, but didn’t care.

Now though, you’re constantly tempting him to bed, and you’re very good at it. He can always tell when you’re trying, because you’ll wander into the lab barefoot with your labcoat buttoned up all the way, wearing a playful smirk.

He already knows what you’ve got going on underneath, and he likes to play that he’s irritated at being interrupted.
