This was one hell of a leg workout.
I wish I had figured out sooner evening workouts were my thing. Could have saved myself so much struggle.

The Workouts
Yes, workouts...plural. I finally hit my goal of completing two workouts in one day. Hopefully, I can continue or at the least, it can become routine.
Morning - Complete Black Girls Workout Too! DVD
Evening - Warm up, Legs, & Abs Exercises on BGWT DVD only
Sidenote: Does running around with Bear count as exercise? lol
The Food
Breakfast: Green Smoothie (Spinach, Banana, Blueberries, Strawberries)
Mid-morning Snack: Green Apple Slices
Lunch: Sweet potato, chicken, and spinach hash
Mid-day Snack: Baby Carrots
Dinner: 5 Spicy Glazed Wings (Schnuck's) & Romaine Salad w/ Lite Three Cheese Ranch Dressing
The Drink
Water only - 9 cups (did not reach my goal of 13 cups/day)
Anything Else?
Last week, I'd eat one stuffed jalapeno before I started my early morning workout just so that I could have something on my stomach. Turns out, I didn't care for the recipe and ended up throwing most of them away. BUT I have noticed a difference now that I don't eat anything before my workouts. By the time I start getting ready for work, I'm hungry. And on days like today (5-21-14), where I didn't put my green smoothie in a spill proof container to drink on my way to work, by the time I got to work, that smoothie just would not have been enough. All that to say, I need to figure out something simple, small, and with little prep time for pre-workouts for next week...or soon.
I was so hungry! Lol
As I prepared my dinner, it was my intention to take a photo, but I had almost totally demolished my wings before I remembered. I was so hungry lol...welp, that's that. Now on to this quick evening workout because I'm already sleepy...which is weird b/c it looks like 4 pm outside when it's really 8 pm. Oh well.
