Singling out Alex Ward specifically to dress up as for the halloween episode, except for Alex himself, who had to dress like an avid crypto golf bro, is genius and also very funny.

In the 70s, my favorite way to spend Halloween was to go see Frank Zappa at the Felt Forum at Madison Square Garden!! He played there every Halloween. It was a tradition with me and my friends to go see him. He put on the freakiest, most amazing concerts every year. He paid nonstop for hours!! There's nothing like a Frank Zappa concert!! Especially on Halloween!! 🎃 🎃 🎃 Great googlymoogly!!
@thelasthippie we posted Zappa at the same time!! Great minds think alike!! 😁😍✌🏼
I had an idea!
So, what if, for Halloween, I went around and put an egg on people's porches with a sticky note saying "for you."
Music you didn't know you related to for trans reasons until way later lmfao. just read these mf lyrics
everything about it applies to pre transition AND post transition like...... Pre = this mask i'm wearing doesn't come off, and feeling bizarre and out of place constantly while forced to live that way. Even while/if people have no clue and you're not out yet. Post = this reality doesn't come off, it's not a costume or for fun and being a poser. Opens you up to being treated as if bizarre if known/not stealth.
just everything about it. the whole thing
Also: loving the transformation and potential of Halloween. Not quite knowing why. And it being happily paraded and made into a fun and joyful thing.
Contrasted with: Black-and-white-minded society fearing change and transformation, every other day of the year.
(I think Raven Kaldera (trans guy writer) said it best in this article tbh... Society fears us for being shapeshifters (or the closest thing). But that gets into the whole spirituality and culture topics, and that's a whole other can of worms.)
Every Halloween, someone sends this to me lol. This time around, it wasn't Halloween. #eggmemes #warmscrambledegg #halloween https://instagr.am/p/CoQhTYQojZc/
