And that #1 was fucking richly deserved, without question. Anime games aren't my thing, but they earned it this time around. That song. That perfect song at reset that sounds like it belongs in a sports movie. Well done. It was like a real life Rocky movie. And those tears. The kind of tears you get to cry when you do something absolutely bad ass and awesome.

And lastly, I'm always so taken by the passion and community at these tournaments. Sunday Finals was packed with people bound by their love and excitement and at every little moment that point exploded home in joined outcry. It's nerdy, it's loud, and boy was it a blast.
