Kami and Chan release Dimensions Portal song “Jenga”
Gal.actic’s Kami and Alien’s Chan have released a new song through Dimensions Portal titled “Jenga”. “Jenga” blends jazz with elements of chill coffeehouse R&B for a track using metaphors related to the game of Jenga to describe the fear of falling as a relationship one has built a reliance on comes to an end. The music video follows with these themes, showing one version of Kami singing atop a number of towers while another shows disinterest in her perilous situation and playing chess. The music video includes visual callbacks to the music video for “Don’t Know You”, a b-side off of Kami’s latest mini-album. Chan does not appear in the music video, but performs a highlighted rap verse in the track. Kami is credited as a lyricist along with Knight’s Taeyong. Taeyong also composed and produced the track.
