Not what my blog is about but a small life update. I'm 2 months into anorexia/exercise addiction recovery!!! I had a cheeseburger tonight, which is a fear food. I'm so proud of myself right now. ❤️❤️❤️

Exercise is not about punishing your body. It is about making your body feel good and celebrating what it can do. You're allowed to listen to your body. Do what makes it feel best, and stop when your body needs rest. No matter what your body looks like right now, it deserves to be heard and to get exactly what it needs to feel good.
Ur daily reminder:
Anyone else feel like physically throwing up when looking at themselves in the mirror or is it just me?
So I took a whole week off compulsive running/jogging...and today I thought:
"Urgh that's my week up, I better start running again today". And I felt so unenthusiastic about it!
But then I realised. I literally do not have to go running today. Not today, or tomorrow, or for a month. Even for the rest of my life if I don't want to. It's my body...and I don't need to make it do anything that doesn't bring me joy.
So I am not going on a run. And I don't think I will go on one for the next month. And that's fine by me.
