Today @lesleejonelle and I are throwing out 3 #atHome #fitnessChallenges for those of you who are staying indoors, practising #socialDistancing. The first Is the #sissySquat ...which can be done anywhere in the home. No apparatus needed. Hold on to a doorknob, a chair or sturdy table.. and modify the range of motion as needed. I had Leslee do sets of 6 here. Next up is a flow, an #exerciseSequence which combines: #blastoffpushups, into a #qdrpushup (QDR rotational push-up), into a #kickThrough, into a high bridge reach, into a #deepSquat, into a #plyometricSquat. Again: no equipment needed. I had Leslee do sets of 6 here as well (3 per sequences per side). Lastly, we did #ringpullups with lateral #legsweep. Sets of 6. Those of you who don't have rings at home, you can do pull-ups in the doorway... Or you can do inverted rows using a sturdy table.
