I've been battling a lot with my health and fitness a lot... physical, mental, emotional you name it. In Barbados, emotional/mental issues aren't taken very seriously.. especially if the subject appears to be doing well externally. Anyway... being very much all or nothing were my own journey is concerned, I've been doing a lot of nothing, comparatively - overwhelmed by the volume of things I need to do to be where I need to be. This isn't an acceptable place to be. So, I've decided to apply the suitcase principle and friction principle. "The Suitcase Principle states that we only have so much room – time and resources – available. Don’t spend all your gym resources on things you most likely don’t need." - #tnation "The Friction Principle states that whenever we dislike doing something, we’re less likely to do it. If we dislike various “extra” work in the gym, like pre-hab, we may begin to dislike training itself."
