I keep thinking of this weirdly specific scene of Whumper tying Whumpee to a chair, securing their arm, and putting in a needle in one of their arm veins under the guise of a “blood draw.” But they forego the vacuum tubes and just let the blood drain out until either Whumpee passes out, confesses, or otherwise pleases Whumper enough for them to let Whumpee keep the rest of their blood.

“Why are you doing this?? Stop! Please! Don’t let me die…”

Had the idea that magic people would be hard to imprison, and might require some creative (and possibly unethical) solutions. This one is called "The Blood Mage's Cross", where a blood mage is restrained to be unable to draw blood from themselves and their blood is drained to just enough to survive, weakening them and making them think twice about trying to use their own blood for magic. This would likely be a regular procedure for most imprisoned blood mages

Something I'm not sure everyone knows is that when you're not getting enough oxygenated blood to your brain, either due to circulation issues, blood loss, POTS, strangulation, etc, you feel the need to hyperventilate.

This is an especially weird feeling when nothing is blocking your airway. You can inhale and exhale just fine. You can fill your lungs all the way. But even though you breathed air, it feels like the air isn't working. Like the new air didn't replace the old air. You still feel the need to take a deeper breath, to hyperventilate. This feeling is sometimes referred to as air hunger. It can be scary if you don't know what's happening.

Deeply unusual hematolagnia thought. Probably only specific to me.

I've been considering the idea of making a blood vial out of whatever amount of blood (if any) comes out when i eventually lose my virginity. I know it's not a guarantee and like, I used to kick myself in the junk out of boredom so there's a chance it's already broken, or maybe I don't even have one. But. You know. It's a thought I've been toying with every time I think about sex lately.
