So I'm proofreading this book by a therapist and he mentions that introverts get a lot of oxytocin (good brain chemical) from just a few human interactions, but extroverts get less per person so they need to interact more to get the same amount.
And I'm like. That makes so much sense actually. Introverts please be nice to the extroverts, they might seem insufferable sometimes but it's 'cause they don't have your superpower and they're still tryna fill their buckets long after yours are overflowing. Also extroverts please recognize when your introvert friends are not deprived and if they have any more human interaction they will dissolve into a puddle on the floor.
