Verse of the Day - Zephaniah 3:17
Zephaniah 3:17 (ESV) - The LORD your God is in your midst, a Mighty One who will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness; He will quiet you by His love; He will exult over you with loud singing.
Todays Word Of The Day is: Exult
Exult originates from the Latin verb exsultare(to leap up). This word is a form of the verb exsilire which combines ex-(beyond) with salire(to jump). Usage in Middle English began in the late 14th century.
I am overwhelmed with joy in the LORD my God!
I will greatly rejoice in Hashem, my nefesh shall be joyful in Elohai; for He hath clothed me with the Bigdei Yesha (Garments of Salvation), He hath covered me with Me'il Tzedakah (the Robe of Righteousness) like a Choson arrays himself with splendor, and like a Kallah adorneth herself with her jewels. — Isaiah 61:10 | Orthodox Jewish Bible (OJB) Orthodox Jewish Bible Copyright © 2002, 2003, 2008, 2010, 2011 by Artists for Israel International. I think the worst part about growing up Mormon, especially in Utah, is that you are completely sheltered from the outside world. There is a constant fear of the other. And when you decide you want to go outside and explore outside of your Mormon bubble you are shamed for it. When you decide that you don’t believe it’s possible that you will still be stuck in anyway, unhappy because you are living an obvious lie. And when you choose not to believe your relationship with your family can become completely broken and shattered. I can’t wait for the day when I can finally leave and be myself. But it will never forget what harm the religion did to me.

I beat the bounds of my own abyss; I descend at my leisure. Poor, those who do not wield the means of their sacrifice.
