How many prescription medications do you take a day on average?
Do not count short-term meds like a week of antibiotics unless that is very common for you, just your general everyday regimen. Over the counter meds like Advil do not count. Estimate based on your weekly average, including your average use of as-needed prescription medication. Ranges are given to account for differing schedules for meds. For the purposes of the range, if you take exactly 3, that counts as between 3-4. Multiple instances of the same medication daily do not count separately (example- estrogen in the morning and evening still just counts as estrogen). Prescriptions that aren't pills DO count, like persctiption creams, insulin, or eye drops. For edge cases, trust your heart.
I probably gave way more examples than necessisary, but this is a poll for the spoonies, chronically ill folks, and neurodivergents, and we tend to like specifics.
