Considering the fact that Keith and Axca are technically responsible for Ezor and Zethrid getting blown up- leading to the death of Ezor. That must mean that Zethrid is coming for the paladins directly to avenge the love of her life cause she gay af. You know who else is gay af and has YET to avenge the love of their life? SHIRO. Therefore I conclude that there’s going to be a scene that goes something along the lines of this-

Zethrid is kicking ass and the paladins are struggling bc Zethrid is MOTIVATED to get back at those responsible for killing her beloved Ezor. Shiro then pops up into the fight and, as the noble and reasonable person he naturally is, says something like “Zethrid! We are on the same side! We aren’t the enemy! We must ban together!” yada yada yada - all that diplomatic shit. and Zethrid is FURIOUS bc HOW DARE this PUNY INSIGNIFICANT MEASLEY BEING tell HER that they are on the SAME SIDE after killing HER LOVER - even though they had no intention on exploding Ezor to ashes like psychotic serial killers - and she just ROARS “YOU THINK YOU’RE BETTER THAN THAT WITCH? HOW DARE YOU?! YOU AND YOU’RE PALADINS MURDERED THE LOVE OF MY LIFE! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO ASK FOR MY ALLEGIANCE!” and everyone else just ceases in battle and Shiro - bless his damaged heart - is on the FUCKING VERGE of emotionally and physically breaking apart upon hearing that bc he KNOWS EXACTLY how she feels and chances are he has’t been able to mourn for Adam bc you know, there’s a fucking war going on and he just BURSTS with “I know what you’re feeling more than anyone else! I lost the person i loved more than anything, too! I KNOW THE PAIN!” and then he just dead ass falls apart and Zethrid is like ‘the fuq do i do? this soldier, their leader just fuckin broke down- wtf- i’m not military trained to do this’ and so she just puts a hand on his shoulder to let him know they are sharing this crushing pain, and she reaches out for a truce. And then they ban together as one to avenge their respective lovers as an iconic lesbian space pirate and gay space captain duo.

Things that should really be wrapped up season 8

How the Atlas and Voltron will be interacting now, what is left for the Atlas? Will he be given to the Alteans?

The Altean colonies. Where are they? Are they okay?

How Axca fits in to the bigger picture, because she can't just show up for no reason. Also please don't let this be a half-assed heterosexual relationship for Keith. Part of me almost suspects she might be his sister though so please clarify I am confusion. They said the relationships were slow burn and Kaxca is really forced feeling so I hope its not that

Keith's almost sacrifice at the end of season four still hasn't been discussed

Why was Keith kicked out? They told us in an interview but lets be honest it doesn't count until somehow confirmed on screen

Show us that Shiro is now cured and demonstrate that he has Kuron's memory please, once again, interview just doesn't do the show justice

Talk about the Black Paladins fight. It makes no sense to just let that slide

White lion whomestve? They said Shiro would interact with it but I don't see it anywhere

Keiths Galra genes. We see him go Galra in a fight but we don't understand how that's working

Is Shiro Altean? Because he MADE the Altas what he is somehow and that looked a lot like what Allura does, I want to understand why

Is Lotor dead? Probably not but explain how he escaped, don't just go "surprise he's back"

I know we've been TOLD certain characters were LGBT but a lot of people who don't pay attention to the fandom thought Shiro and Adam were just best friends so it would really be cool if you could AT LEAST make EzorxZethrid explicitly obvious if you're going to claim its there. Don't mimic the Dumbledore move.

ALRIGHTY so I’m a mess after season seven, but I just realized something that’s either real or I’m just grasping at straws here.

So we’ve all seen the way zethrid and ezor were some sort of an item this season, and by now a lot of us know about how lotors generals mirror team Voltron.

Lotor-Shiro

Ezor-Lance

Naarti-Pidge

Zethrid-Keith

Axca-Hunk

(Design wise, I would defenitely say that zethrid would mirror hunk and axca would mirror Keith, but I think that personality is more important when comparing the two teams. Things also get a little bit dicey around naarti and Pidge, but it sorta makes sense to me for some reason. Maybe it’s because naarti has honed as cat, and honerva was a scientist like Pidge? Idk)

ANYWAYS, the way zethrid/ezor were shown together made me immediately think of klance, and I know that it’s probably either not planned that way or not actually going to mean anything, but sTill.

It’s been said that parallels are intentional and meaningful, and I haven’t seen anything about this yet so I think it’s just an interesting point to share
