Hear me out, Theresa always did things for her own end goals without lifting a finger but simply whispering in people’s ears we’ve seen it for three games who’s to say she wasn’t the one to send Lucien’s men to kill hammer’s father. After all hammer was going to live a life of peace and that would disrupt her plan to take the spire of which she led to even be built. (I could write an entire essay on why Theresa is a villain. I would like to add, her story is tragic yes and I understand her motivations but she is quite literally the catalyst of 2 and 3)
