• in 2011, we had a red binder full of system words we used, our own personal lingo- that's since been lost to time; but here we are, trying to remember those words and discovering new words to explain our journey as a system.

• we are so very excited to share them with you, please accept these words as our mini diary entries and window to our inner workings, as it's how it's always been; we know nothing else besides this way, for this is the only way we know how to operate in. there is lingo we use in most of these words, and we make separate entries for them all so you can better understand our mind scape and us (i should say— if you see a term we forgot to make an entry for, please write to us to ensure it gets an entry!

I wanted to do so much more, but only ever got time to do one thing for Faedom 2022. Painted a sunflower mug with some of my favorite things from the Seething Seas - plus the flesh fruit because it was a must.

The outside of the mug is inspired by the fire scale blanket Mosk found for Eran, the handle is the rope around Mosk wrist and little purple flowers for the ones that Mosk grew for The Raven Prince. Inside at the bottom is the flesh fruit and the walls of ice as Mosk visited Davix. Didn't come out perfect, buy still quite happy.

Faedom Week 2022 Prompts Survey

Hello faedom! Our first event, Faedom Week 2022, to commemorate the conclusion of Not-Poignant's Fae Tales Verse, will be taking place from September 4th-10th, 2022! Submissions can be for any of the canon or Fae Tales Verse AUs (please see the event guidelines for more info). Each day will have four prompts, with one for each story from the canon, but three will be selected by the community, for a total of 28 prompts altogether. Please vote here on what prompts you'd like to see. The survey will close on June 16th! The survey is now closed!

Fae Tales Verse Wiki

For people who haven't known, there's been a Fae Tales Wiki for about 4 years! However, the original admin and creator, Ignenatura (bless you for existing) who made the page kind of disappeared possibly because of life stuff, and it's been without an admin for years. It's had a navigation bar that wasn't super user friendly etc. so after discussion in the Discord we decided to make a bid for Administrator and it worked! In the past, I never had anything to do with this Wiki (I didn't make it and for a long time I didn't know about it), but over the past 11 days, myself and folks like Fall, Spyro and SunshineWoods have been adding to it (this is necessary for a successful admin bid) and it's tripled in size with over 115 articles.

However this is meant to be a fan project, not a me project, so I invite all of you to please check out the Fae Tales Verse Wikipedia and use it and edit it to your heart's content. Hopefully there's a lot more useful information in there for fanfiction writers, and anything that inspires y'all as fanfiction writers is something I want to do. (Did I mention I love when people write Fae Tales fanfic?)

I will just add:

* This focuses on the Fae Tales Verse and not the AUs, though the potential is there to add more information/pages on each AU and you are certainly welcome to, we've decided not to add AU details to the main pages. So for example, we're not putting The Wildness Within details on Gwyn ap Nudd's character page.

* When editing, if you want to add something speculative that's from my Tumblr and not from the canon, add a source/link.

* Adding content is great! But be careful about erasing content that already exists. That's a general wiki principle, to preserve content where possible, even if it needs editing or streamlining. :)

Otherwise go forth and edit / add content!

In commemoration of completing my 1st year of college here's another chibi from my book. This is Monique Thimble. She's a fashionable and spunky seamstress who isn't afraid to speak her mind and tell you to put a pin in it. She's the best friend and amazing support of the main character and when she isn't sewing up beautiful garments she's using her magic to heal those who are injured.
