Welp, I seem to have gotten hold of my first "straight down the drain" batch of experimental homebrew that isn't actively moldy or anything.

This is some lemon-lime drink abomination that I had to dilute more and add more yeast for it to start fermenting at all. Very likely due to pH, though I didn't have means to test that.

So yeah, it seemed to be going fine for like 3 weeks after that, so I decided it was time to test the gravity and give it a little taste test. Fermentation had obviously stalled again with it pretty sweet, and the tentative couple of sips were enough to convince me that it needs to go straight down the sink.

I don't think that stuff would improve with time, or be successfully mixed with something else to make it taste decent. I don't think it's actively dangerous in any way, just gross.

At least I can finally get my one bigger jug with a fitting stopper back, is all I can say.

Watching this season, with the shipping wars and team ward stuff a decade behind. The hive plotline is amazingly well written. EvilDaisy being still fundamentally good and earnest and even honest just, pointed the wrong direction. HiveWard is a really interesting villain when you can see him as him, not as ward. With the distance it’s less melodrama and just great rooting in emotions and character for everything. The kree and inhumans and just so many of AoS storylines would have great applicability and could be built on, with the current MCU in mind if only they’d take their heads out of feige’s ego and see it as well. Daisy is still just the best and her fight scenes are better choreographed and directed than anything else in the MCU too. Also, I think this is Piper’s first episode!
