Okay so i just finishen the first season of 9-1-1 about a week ago and i'm still upset about it, i don't say the show isn't good, just didn't meet my expectations. They said it's a queer friendly show, they said you'll care the characters but nooo, no no no no no!
Appearantly, according the season 1, there is one lesbian couple with an acephobic (cause "If we're not having sex, then what exactly is it that makes us a couple?" is such an acephobic line for me) and a cheater. And again, appearantly cheting is not a big deal in this show because SOMEHOW no one blame Hen for it (except herself), they all said it's full moon's effect! I mean, there is no excuse for cheating and i can not understand how all the characters are okay with this. Yes i have a big problem with full moon episode.
And the characters... Look, i'll be the first one that accept it's more like a me issue but i genuinly can't care about anyone, one of them (i think Chimney?) was almost die at ep 3 or smt but i didn't even remember his name till that scene. Actually i think Athena is the only character i a bit care. I can continue to talk about them but it's already been too long lol.
Again, it's about expectations, i do know that i wouldn't start if i knew about these, please don't be offensive.
