I CROCHETED FRESH'S PARASITE FORM!!!!

It took me multiple months and attempts because I had no pattern to go off of, so this was my first big freehand project.bI also tried to make his limbs posable by adding some wire, and it sort of worked?? Mostly only for the top two limbs tho cuz I didn't have enough thick wire for all four limbs and so the bottom two only have pipe cleaners, which don't wanna hold as well ~w~'

But I'm super proud of how it turned out!!! My boy is finally done!!!!!!

I'm winging the pattern as I go so it took a lot of trial and error but I'm happy with how the body shaping and his hair turned out!!! Just need to give him a second leg and then I can start on Phil (and then their outfits)

Hello people of the internet!

Its been a second. Things have been crazy busy; dealt with a lot of pressure to get things done, started to feel some burnout, but I am here again!

I wanted to talk about two main things. @askjedandoctnatm and my NATM crochet idea.

For my ask, I am still working on some drawings. It is a bit hard to find motivation when I am dead tired, but I try to push through a bit and make progress, so expect a new post soon!

As for the crochet project, I had an idea to make a blanket that looks like the tablet in night at the museum. I have been trying to find as many pictures of the tablet as I can, (let me know if there's a place I should be looking!) And I wanted to tell people about my process as it goes along. So finding reference pictures is the main task now, then the planning can begin!

And now instead of some writing WIPs, here’s some of the WIPS that have truly been Haunting Me - crochet projects for some moots that I just wanna get done but brain is like yOU'RE NOT READY TO MAKE IT PERFECT 💀💀💀

Little Bepo

We got us here a Bepo I’ve been designing myself because I did that AuDHD thing where you’re like “I have succeeded in this task Once so now I can do whatever I want” 🤡 first time he came out as a whole tube, which tbh is prime for huggin but he doesn’t look like I want cuz I want it based off of this image

He is still much too round for it but I think the third iteration I can actually have a proper pattern to post so people can make their own! Also peep his little badge

This mf was going so fast cuz I was working off of a pattern but then I decided to ✨get creative✨ and making wings out of hearts is not being an easy breezy beautiful task 💀 so right now he’s a little blind and flightless lol at least he’s got a pretty little skirt 🤷🏼‍♀️ (he also has the inevitable dog hairs that I will def try to get out before sending but damn if they don’t just magically appear on everything - I blame Gandalf for being a snuggle bug and demanding that we must cuddle even when I’m crafting lol)
