I think I want to share some more of my sewing On Here (largely because I hate instagram for a number of reasons).

And also because this sewing project is quite silly and fandom tumblr will appreciate it more.

I wondered, one day, what the Thirteenth Doctor would wear if she had gotten stranded in the past with Yaz. And because I am me, I decided to make it.

Edwardian bicycle trousers in teal wool (from Woolsome in Poland, because they had the right color!). Buttons from Pacific Trimming in New York. Pattern from Black Snail Patterns. Entirely hand-sewn by me. Assistance by cat.

Meet Lorne.  The friendly singing demon that originated from a world called Pylea.  He has a supernatural ability that he uses to help others by reading one’s aura (of future happenings) when they sing.  He can also raise his voice to a high frequency to a deafening degree.

This crochet amigurumi doll measures 13.5" tall (34.3 cm).

In 2025, Management once again approached The Shaft & Crown to design a whimsical reward for miners participating in the Great Egg Hunt. In years passed, our millinery has produced such iconic looks as the Basket Case and Egg Shell on Your Head, but this year we wanted to create something a little more understated and approachable for the traditional dwarf.

We weren't sure how to approach this at first; helmets are the purview of the Department of Cranial Equipment, not two dwarves who refused to leave the drop pod on their first mission who were nimble with a needle a thread.

It wasn't until one drunken evening of crafting when Brimhilde haphazardly slapped on bunny ears and chicks onto a cowboy hat and screamed, "Yahoo buckaroo!" that we realized the perfect hat was equal parts Easter and Outback.

The chicks are made of felted web spitter particulate that have been dyed a soft yellow using acid spitter phlegm and Kursite powder.

I'm going to start photographing all the Jewelry and crafts I make. (№3)

I really need to get better at taking photos of my crafts including jewelry (I usually forget because I'm often making a few dozen or so pieces at a time then not making any for a week or 2)

The boys are both done! Fun project and a great learning experience — I might blow the patterns up a little and make another set, maybe mess with the clothing a little.

Changed I made to the pattern - I decorated Aziraphale’s bow tie and used a sequin for the watch instead of satin stitching it, I made Crowley’s vest sparkly, and I didn’t stuff either of their arms because damn those things were tiny.

Yay for geeky crafts!
