I REALLY want to do a fic where Shepard and Garrus go on a date to the Citadel History Museum, because they're having a special exhibit on weaponry. So both of them nerd out over guns and swords and the wackier stuff on display like:

-A Krogan musket that fires a 38mm projectile (about as thick as a watch face)

- A Salarian assassin's dagger that has a small mechanism that opens leaving a larger jagged impossible to mend wound

-A STILL FUNCTIONAL AK-47

- An Asari Justicar "Judgement" blade, a two handed sword similar to a katana designed for use in tandem with biotics forged solely for the Justicar order.

- A 28 foot long iron tipped Turian pike, the cutting edge weapon that helped end the reign of the rouge primarch, Belavus Rector at the battle of Ciprine Fields

- A Quarian naval cannon, from the age of sail on Rannoach.

And maybe bad guys attack and they're forced to use the weapons they just spent an hour drooling over. IDK.
