Okay, as requested by some of you, the Thai-Style Beet Slaw from last night's dinner (and InstaStory) is up on my website! See the link in my bio or head to ShoanaJensen.com and click on the Blog header. Lots of you were commenting on how I poached the salmon. It's SO easy! I filled a pan with enough water so it would cover the salmon fillets easily. Then I added a bunch of garlic and salt to the water. I brought it to a boil and slid the salmon in. About 10-15 mins later they were done to perfection! The cook time depends on the thickness of the salmon but as long as it's 165 internal temperature then you are good to go! So easy and so quick to clean up!
