Deshell was labor intensive but it ensures I get the freshest crabs. I had to chuck a can of bad crab so instead of rolling the dice with another can and waste precious time going and waiting online in the supermarket I used fresh crabs and took the time to deshell them. Mom helped so I was still able to get all the food on the table in record time. It was my first time making Basque Brunt Cheesecake. Definitely the easiest cheesecake I ever made. I'm very happy with the result. Shakshouka is easily @ichigogoshiro favorite brunch food.
